AquaGold Micro-Channeling

A gold-plated hair-fine needle system to painlessly deliver custom solutions into the skin. It consists of 20 gold-plated surgical steel needles that penetrate 0.6mm into the skin, delivering bioactive compounds directly into the dermis.

we tailor a special cocktail for each  patient needs (Platelet Rich plasma/ growth factor, hyaluronic acid vitamins and botox )
to deliver the cocktail directly into the dermis with Each of the hollow 20 needles in the AquaGold device.

the hollow needles are very small, thinner than a human hair (0.13mm wide). Topical numbing is usually unnecessary.

Mild erythema, or redness, is seen immediately following the procedure and will typically resolve within twelve to twenty four hours. Makeup and normal skincare can be resumed the following day.

Aquagold is best used for patients who are looking for a softer, more youthful appearance, but do not require dramatic changes. Micro-channeling treats the superficial layers of the skin to provide a moderate, though noticeable, improvement in skin texture, reduction of fine lines and wrinkles, and increase in collagen production.

While micro-channeling is not a replacement for injectable treatments, the small size allows for treating tighter spaces, and the small volume of solution that is applied helps to ensure an even, natural result. It can be effectively used on the face, neck, and décolletage.

Microneedle vs Micro-channel

Micro-needling and micro-channeling are different, with micro-needling being a more aggressive treatment aimed at driving needles deeper into the tissue in order to generate irritation. The needles create channels through which products that providers apply topically to the area penetrate skin through those channels. In contrast, micro-channeling isn’t meant to cause irritation, rather the hollow needles are designed to deliver product to only the point of the dermal-epidermal junction.
